Dimeman's Dime Variety of the Day.........a Mercury!

The 1936-D/D/D. This is a very neat variety with under punches showing North and West. I have had this coin for a long time. Like I bought it back in the 80's. I sent it to PCGS several years ago. The TrueView was too dark so I just did a new pic which also shows the close-up of the Mint Mark. Thanks for looking and comments welcome. Pretty nice for a 62!

Very nice for a 62. What held it back?
I really don't know. It was marked Gem raw.....I figured 64 myself....63 at least. Graders must have been in a bad mood that day.

Wow....very nice Jon.... and I am surprised as well...I would have guessed (if it were a GTG) a 64....Cheers, RickO
Love dem "triple RPM's".

--- If it should happen I die and leave this world and you want to remember me. Please only remember my opening Sig Line.Great looking coin, Jon. Really nice photos as well. I like the variety, although it is a bit more subtle than others. If only every 62 looked like that one. Lol The photos must be hiding a lot that we can't see but geez, it looks pretty darn nice.
