    Can't say for sure if it's been cleaned, but I think the grade falls short of AU, more like XF.

    Feels like a dip and retone to me. May still be market acceptable.

    You can see hairlines on the neck.

    XF45. Still worth getting it graded and encapsulated.

    May be worth submitting just for authentication, but I don’t think it will straight grade. I am at EF details cleaned.

    Reverse had for a better word “burn marks” where it appears the coin wasn’t completely rinsed after being dipped in something. By the mintmark and bottom bands. I would wait for something more attractive. Good luck with whatever you decide

    I agree with the 'cleaned' consensus....hairlines on the neck...Might get XF - or details. Cheers, RickO

    Some previous owner felt the need to remove 99% of the dark "tarnish"....leaving only the stuff hidden in the devices.
    XF details and may or may not grade cleanly.
