    It's a die clashed 63 with what looks like a die crack or blemish on the rim to the left of the date.

    MS64 and has a nice speck of green crust (pvc) on the reverse at 4 o'clock!

    Somebody missed on this one in my opinion. I'd go MS 64 at best.

    iMO this should be graded MS60 details, veridigris on reverse at 4 o’clock

    I have had "Better" coins grade worse than that but then again I would not want my coins in that type holder either!

    Another overgraded coin, but at least it isn't a 68. Has ICG become more conservative than NGC for this series? ;)

    I once owned a 1938-d ICG ms68 buffalo nickel that was an incredible coin and IMO was truly deserving of the ms68 grade.
    Bought it for $500 and then it sold at a Heritage auction for over $1000. At least I made a bit of $$ on it.
