Updated pics: 1962 D Franklin. FBL? MS?

Thanks for your input. Observations and opinions on this. The images are about 7x by the way, thus showing as much as possible.
The hardest area on the bell lines for me to assess is the bottom of the third line from left to center. Update pics 5/17

High AU. No FBL. I would not submit it, but it is nice.
No FBL and would need better pictures of the entire coin to give a good grade assessment...however, does not look MS...Cheers, RickO
What RickO said.
No FBL. I like the coin
Save your money. The full band game is really not worth playing for anything but exceptional examples, which your coin is not.
While it is not a 62-D, I have a 1962 Philadelphia Franklin Half that is in a SEGS MS64FB holder. In my opinion the coin is undergraded. It should be at least MS65FB. I have attempted to sell the coin several times at large local shows (including to the owner of SEGS!). There was absolutely NO interest. One dealer offered me $12.50 for the coin, which I quickly turned down. It would cost a considerable sum to crack out the coin, send it to PCGS and hope it came back graded MS65FB. In my opinion it would not be worth the effort.
Must be my pictures and trying to balance the lighting correctly. This one has a lot less contact marks than the 63 did. I also took it directly out of the cello. The Roosevelt I posted came from the same set.
Thanks everyone, I updated the images so hopefully they capture the coin better
My coins look better in hand than the pictures I take. It's hard to GTG with pics sometimes.
