Hey guys, just pulled a decently toned 1962 jefferson out of a coin roll, and it appears the O in Monticello is doubled. Or is it machine doubling? Just looking for another opinion. Thanks!

It looks like machine doubling. It's hard to tell, but there might be a little die gouge next to the "o", as well.

MD, but also, if there is a DD for that date/MM, just compare it (or post both pics here). If there is not a known DD, then the chances of discovering a new one now are slimmer than slim, so it is not really a productive use of time to look for them on dates/MM that have no known DDs. Then again, we are all in quarantine. :p
