PCGS/NGC Standard for PL/DMPL for Morgans?

Is there a fixed standard or a criteria that either PCGS or NGC uses to determine whether a Morgan gets the PL or DMPL descriptor? I have an 81S that looks like it has plenty watery fields to me, but the fellas in CA decided it didn't. Just wondered what they used to determine that status.
Philately will get you nowhere....

PCGS publishes their standards for PL/DMPL here:

They also have a youtube video you review as well.
Both NGC and PCGS require at least 2 inches of clear reflectivity for their PL designations. Both sides.
NGC requires at least 4 inches of clear reflectivity for its DPL designation. Both sides.
PCGS requires at least 6 inches of clear reflectivity for its DMPL designation. Both sides.
That is all.
Would love pics of an 81-s. Dollar?

Nothing special. But here's one.
Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc
The PL and DMPL requirements are clear (as linked above)....and you should be able to duplicate them yourself to determine if your coin meets either of those descriptions. Cheers, RickO
Thanks @TurtleCat for the links.
