  The first "8" is too high and the spacing between the "0" and the "4" is too far apart. Modified and altered is my guess.

  You sir have an incredible eye for extreme rarity...the incuse date varieties are exceedingly scarce!
  And, as good fortune would have it, I do believe there is a 1799 available as well! Payment can be remitted in gold, toilet paper or sides of beef...
