And a 1913S cent my mother found in her vegetable garden in 1966. She gave it to me gave it to me and it sits today in a Dansco Lincoln cent album 54 years later.
hey RickO, nice picture of Prime Minister Churchill. he had a very interesting face and a fabulous cadence/delivery when he spoke. I just heard a quote of his on the news last night: "You can always count on the Americans to do the right thing after they've tried everything else."
on top of his great Leadership he had a sharp wit!!
I travel to OR twice a year to see a fellow coin buddy/dealer and do a little local show (Lincoln City and Florence). If I can find any OR Trail Commems I try to take them up there . . .they sell fairly well. Here is an original piece holdered 30 years ago . . . . .
Also one of the most appreciated designs . This one just has a nice thick skin with that steel/orange patina.
PCGS63BN ex. Charmy @ Long Beach a few years ago. Sweet little blues/purples/steel grays tics are on the coin . . . not the plastic.
I had worshipped her from afar for years and loved the Show Reports. I heard her playing "Stairway to Heaven" one time on her personal tunes behind the counter . . . . arranged to bring a bottle of an '88 Cabernet from my personal rack . . . and on our introduction she again played 'Stairway', we split a (somewhat mediocre if 25 yr. old) Cabernet, and I bought this Cabernet toned Lincoln.

@BryceM that “flock of birds” is incredible. That would make nice wall paper for a desk top!
Edited to add a coin.
