What is the deal with Reverse Proof Nickels spotting?

Looking on eBay for 2020-W Reverse Proof Nickels and see some advertised as "with light spotting"
I have never heard of reverse proofs spotting before unless Silver Eagles.
All the listings I have seen for spots are from the same seller. Maybe he is the only one "mentioning" it?
Anyone have spots on the ones you have in hand?
I would hate to pay the going price of $100+ for a PR70 and have it spot.

Are they milk spots or carbon spots?
I've seen a carbon spotting problem.
All comments reflect the opinion of the author, evn when irrefutably accurate.
Doesn't say but it looks like a milk spot in the photos as it is not brown.
None of mine have spots but every one (6) has a perfect reverse but Jefferson's face especially the eyebrows and nose look like each coin was kicked across a cement floor!
My reverse proof cents have perfect obverses but the shield is all scratched up. Anyone have these problems?
One of mine has a grayish spot under the T in Trust. Some people have posted that their nickels aren't even full steps, which is surprising.
Good luck!
Just checked mine, and it looks fine (used a loupe to be sure)...Cheers, RickO
Did I see somewhere that the silver proof sets are limited to 200,000 sets or will the Mint be making more of them?
I knew it would happen.
It's being talked about over here:
