Never seen this type of CUD before.

Noticed this on ebay. listed as a reverse CUD, but the obverse looks like someone took a tool and tried to cut it out. So, I assume PMD, but quite different. Have no vested interest in the site, just curious.

Looks like a punch was used on it and then the coin was thrown back into circulation for a while.
