I discovered a strange object on an ordinary Dime today while roll searching. Has anyone ever seen this appearance of the back of an Elf Shoe on this 1994d Roosevelt? On the reverse on the "E". Really cool how this looks. Thanks guy's. "They're Magically Delicious!" Lol.

Here is a Normal "E".

"Jesus died for you and for me, Thank you,Jesus"!!!

Something going on inside the "P" as well.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

I do realize that most of the problem is a Die Deterioration but that E looks abnormal.

You know what, maybe after seeing this image, maybe I meant the front of the "Elf Shoe" instead of the back of the shoe?
Here pictured is of an actual Elf Shoe. Lol.

Actually, my first reaction was that it looked line a tongue.

On closer examination it looked like an arm with a fist, such as on Rosie the Riveter or the "Fighting Irish" leprechaun.

I noticed this stain?/toning under the D mint mark. Looks like an I or other letter protruding from the D. Of course its just pareidolia or a stain, but awfully well made for an anomaly.

I would say that is a die chip...and likely another small one in the P...Good catch, though not a numismatic treasure it is interesting. Cheers, RickO
