Announcement said opening on 27th, but do not submit “until further notice”. Open to send coins in or wait for “further notice”?

Sounds fairly clear to me... they are open, but working on clearing things up and getting ready for operations... the 'do not submit until further notice' means just that....

Just called asking if I could send coins in, the response...….."Please do!"
As a new submitter to CAC, I got a call last week from a nice lady who wanted to know if I had received my welcome folder yet. I said yes, and asked when they might be opening up. She indicated that they will start receiving new submissions starting 4/27. She indicated that staff had been there for awhile now catching up on the backlog from the shut down and are ready to go, likely without any delays!

Thanks, I guess they are good to go again. No one wants to be idle but we should be following the best science.
