Return of the 1881-S Morgan Doily

A while back someone asked about the reverse of a Morgan I had posted, so here it is (I lost track of the original thread).

I paid $40 for her about 20+ years ago, at an ANA show.

It might be nice to see some other colorful older holdered PCGS coins.

If you have any, please post away!

Take care,
Dave

Always looking for original, better date VF20-VF35 Barber quarters and halves, and a quality beer.

Here is one for you. Got this from the forum here years ago.

Lord, I hope this is it, my pictures are so tiny in the files.

The 1887 is in a 2.0 holder which is a fairly common holder.

One doily slab missing its outer ring..

    One modern ‘doily’..

    One not-a-doily..

I might just post some NGC slabs here soon.

    Just kidding.

    All fun coins.

    I hardly ever see a 2.0, a 2.5 or a 3.5 that's missing its outer ring.

Yep, it is an older holdered PCGS coin, not a doily, but has some nice color.

I do have a few doilies, both Franklins.
