For starters:
1) the term is "doubled die"
2) don't hold coins like that. Hold them by the edges only.
3) study up on Mechanical (or Machine) Doubling.
Good pics, though. And good eye to catch these anomalies.
The 2019 quarter may also have die deterioration doubling. That and the metal flow (such as under "LIBERTY") are both indicators of a late die state (in other words, the coin was struck by dies that were wearing out).
