New NFC holder / no trueview?

I found a nice looking 1917 Type 1 SLQ 25c this morning and ordered it. Have been looking for one for my type set for a while and this had the right look and price, and important for me it's in a new gold shield NFC holder. I really prefer having Trueviews for my core collection.
Despite being in a new NFC holder, I had to purchase this coin based on seller pics. When I look up the cert number there is no image.
I am assuming that since the holder is the brand new type, the coin is probably fresh back from pcgs, and they just havent posted the tv image yet, right? Delayed due to the shutdown? Is it even possible to get an NFC holder without a trueview?

It is not unusual these days for TrueViews to come a week late or so from receiving a submission. Things will take a while to get caught up with the backlog and delays from the virus protocols. I would call Monday if it does not show up by the weekend. Good luck.

It's not unusual to get them 10 days after you get the coin back.

Currently there’s no meaningful backlog on images getting online. It’s probable that the certificate number was transcribed incorrectly when entered. This is our most common error.
Please email photography@collectors.com with more information so that we may look into it.

Already fixed! Fantastic service by PCGS photography. Here is my coin:
Now seeing the Trueview, the coin has more marks and toning than were apparent in the seller pics. Underscores the need to see the TV first! It is not bad though - I am anxious to see the coin in hand. Will probably keep it.

That is an excellent coin and the strike is superb. Everything is there. Full head, toes, nipple, rivets, all there.
