It looks like mechanical/strike doubling to me. Made more pronounced by the harsh lighting in the photo.
Just strike doubling and/or die erosion, not a ddo.

It is not a DDO... mechanical (or strike) doubling...and the glare of the lighting enhances the perception of doubling. Cheers, RickO

Welcome to the forum... agree with the others on the strike doubling/die erosion; very common on cents and thus no additional value to knowledgeable collectors.
