Received this from @illini420 last February.
It's one of the handful of commems that I've wanted for a long time and I'm very happy to have it.
The catamount is so cool and it's in an OGH.
Of course you'll recognize that the pic is by Mr. Kittle.

Nice coin. I love the Puma concolor, panther, mountain lion, painter, cougar, el leon, or whathaveyou. I really like the artistic trick of making it look like it doesn't really fit on the coin.
I lived in Vermont for one glorious year. Now, many years later, our time there registers a greater-than-average number of happy memories in my mind. Great place.
I hear that Ira Allen fellow was a good bloke too.

I love the commemorative half series and this is one that I have wanted for a long time that I just got last year. I was born and raised in southern California so this one is the closest commemorative to my birth place.
