Wire strike-through? Yet, another one! Same coin. Photo's added;

Hi guy's, I mentioned this Canadian Set in another Thread of mine previously. How I seen this earlier last week at a shop but passed on it thinking it was a scratch. Well, today I went back and picked it up after all. Thinking maybe It could be some sort of strike through? It's a 1969 Canadian Set. The Dime is the coin in question. Can I get your opinions? Thanks guy's. :)
