1889 CC$1 VAM 5?

In need of some help identifying the VAM of this 89 CC Morgan. I believe that it is a VAM 5. I grade it XF45. Looking for opinions.

That coin is really choppy, also might be some wipe lines lower half obv and rev. I don't thinkits a 45. Might 35 being so choppy if it even would holder
No idea on the VAM, but looks 35 to me as well...Cheers, RickO
Too banged up to grade 45. 35-40, assuming it grades. I agree with the VAM 5 attribution from here.
