Another 1827 half

Another 1827 half...I don't really have a problem--I swear I don't.
Just because I'm old doesn't mean I don't love to look at a pretty bust.

Thousands I heard?
Not quite, but well over 100 ranging from Poor 01 to MS 63.
Wow. I have only 37. Do you have a spare O.149 by chance?
Lance.
Thats got some real nice detail on it. Wtg
You wouldn't be interested. Nothing I could own would belong in your collection.
Of course, the fact that you only have 37 while I have so many repeaters is probably why I can't afford the beauties in your stash.
@OKbustchaser ....Very nice half dollar.... I would say you have a collection, not a problem....
Anyway, that is what I keep telling myself...
Cheers, RickO
Not so fast there, buddy!
You're not the only one looking for an O.149! LOL
That's the only 1827 I still need!

I was really asking for you. Honest.
Lance.
Not just because of the many marriages,
But generally a very well struck year. A well struck O.120a. A beat down O.124a.
The 1827’s have taught me what an easy R4 is & how difficult a tougher R4 can be to find. Same with the R5’s & especially with the 0.137, O.148, & O.149.-The only 3 that are absent from my collection of ‘27’s. I appreciate the dies that were called back in to service to couple up with a new die on the opposing side. The ones that played well past their ninth innings with no segments left at the far edges of the field. The 1827’s keep me turning over every rock looking for what just might be.......
Yes, even with all the 1827's I have I am missing the same 3 marriages.
I hate 1827, my collection "stops" at 1825, except 13 1827 varieties have snuck in to my collection over the years. Oh and 6 1826 varieties, and 20 later, but I swear my collection stops at 1825. I swear!
