    Yes and yes. The GSA premium would be very small for this year as it is one of the more common ones.

    Yes, I meant small premium over non-GSA CC coins. The 84-CC along with the 82/83 are the most common years for the series from Carson City and also the most common GSA dates.

    Definitely a CC GSA dollar.... Small premium for the reason stated above. Cheers, RickO
