A local dealer had one of those. My guess there are a lot more rarities like this out there that haven't been recorded yet, as raw and details graded coins don't usually get counted.
From the photo it looks like there may be two 7s placed on top of the 8, one 7 being placed on top of the other 7 (from looking at the tail it appears there may be two 7s).
Am I the only one seeing this, or does anyone else see it too?

You would never know it. I posted in one thread that we have a great kitchen here. BTW, I wanted to prescreen coins for grade and authenticity for $2 each with a same day turn around during these trying times for collectors. Then they would know what to submit to one of the top two services when they reopen. That got shot down as everyone else here has a real life! LOL.
Hopefully, I'll get the chance to post a quiz or two either tonight or tomorrow.
