    I think better pictures would be needed - close ups of mint mark/date and of the VDB.

    Appears to be authentic. Note that the second dot of V.D.B. is centered between the D and the B. Extra fine or so. Good looking SVDB. $750-$800 coin at todays prices.

    Looks like the position 4 version. Is there a small raised dot in the top curve of the S?
