Coin related (because of OCD) What kind of home projects have you done lately.

I have been staying busy organizing cupboards, closets, my workbench area and super organizing kitchen drawers. I think I need to get on ebay and order a Dansco to play with so I can get back to coins.

I have been photoing some coins. Working on a digital album for my peace dollar collection. Photoing coins is very challenging. I am also going to try and fill a Peace coin album with less expensive coins. Kills some time.
I am trying to stay in shape and have been doing lots of 12 oz. curls.
...ever since the wife got me a purple Hybrid Premier mattress I have been giving it the extra attention and have adopted an Axl Rose wake-up pattern, sans the cocktail and smack of course...but differentiating the spread between the get-up and the get-out-of-bed part, that’s the good life...at least 2 or 3 hours after 1st snooze
Enjoying and laughing with CU forum members.
Been grinding away on the computer trying to use the 100,000 listings ebay gave store subscribers. If I get carpel tunnel syndrome it will be this month.
I'm still working

Not much. I’m still working and have been working from home over the last year. But I am spending some time on reading numismatic books. I’m reading one on the construction and production of the Charlotte mint.
I'm working but reduced hours. When I'm off I try to stay out of the house and just go for lost rides while the wife and kids are all on laptops working around the dining room table and endlessly crabbing at each other.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
I hacked out two big clumps of bamboo roots. What a beatch! Turned over part of my garden, planted snap peas, pruned the rasberrys, harvested pussywillow cuttings. That's all. Peace Roy

Not much of home project to be done. But I have been busy teaching my 9 years old cooking from breakfast to dinner with each meal we had.
The old man who lived in our house before us was a WW2 Marine. He used an old USMC Ka-Bar knife to weed his garden. I've used it to dig dandelions in our yard since we moved in in 2012. I decided I would try restoring it, somewhat. It is super rusted/pitted, and the sharp point was completely worn off, so it will take a little metal work. It won't be super valuable or collectible, but I'm having fun with it!
Yard work. Lots of it. I think a quick fishing trip on Friday
None.
I like gardening but haven't put it in yet.
Still a bit early.
No home improvement projects.
I am not very handy.
I am not handy at all.
I changed the batteries in the smoke alarms, after my nap.
Lance.
@jwitten.... Great project... KaBar was once 'the' knife to have...likely because of the Marine affiliation....Good luck and add nice grips. My projects have been around the house and some firearm modifications...got to start an exercise program though since not working now....Long walks are good...Cheers, RickO
This isn't coin related, sorry. Here's my small project while home. Sorry, many pics and big pics.

A few weeks ago, we had our trees in our yard cut down.
Lol. Just kidding. That's not ours. Here's ours.
What you don't see is another tree 10 ft.behind this one, this one will partially be cut down to a 10 ft. Stump. This one too will be cut down to a 10 ft stump.
Here's where our project comes in. My wife and I are planning to build a bird feeder,as well as, a bird house for the birdies and squirrels between those two remaining stumps. We were first thinking of a " tree house" for my 5 yr.old grandson. Maybe later in the near future? Pictured below are the two trees after. Pictured is our old bird house we built about 20 yrs ago. We felt bad when we cut these trees down but both were pretty dead and dangerous. We also felt hurt for the poor squirrels and birds taking their bird house down. I'll take pics when we accomplish this project or projects.
Note: The holes in the bird house. When I first made this, I drilled nice 3-4 in. holes. I guess the squirrels didn't agree with MY size holes! LOl.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
No better workout than pumping aluminum!

It rained a couple of days - so I refiled and cleaned out 8 file drawers.
Cleaned out two closets.
On nice days I do yard work. Waiting for pine pollen season to end before tackling the deck and patio equipment.
Gone fishing a few times.

Prepping to shovel more snow😩
Not much here, gotta order a couple dansco pages so I can keep filling them. I also do a little leather work, just started that a couple months ago. Here's a couple holsters I've made already. Hand carved and stitched.

Yep - storage room clean out, reorganize and replace stuff with new stuff that now works. And of course - looking at sites to buy coins.

I was actually getting ready for our clubs coin show early this month with two displays 1) The affects on toning and #2) A look at Bix Beiderbecke's life with coins matching the year of an event in his life.....but that is all shelved now. This morning I spruced up one of my two garages. Looking forward to when I can get this baby out and about with my car club friends.
