Finally, Some Good News: Stolen Coin Recovery

Dealers Julian Liedman and Gerry Fortin teamed in January 2020 to solve the case of coins stolen in the mail.
Lianna Spurrier tells the story in a recently released video at https://nnp.wustl.edu/library/book/581061.

Good news is exactly what we all need right now (and perhaps always). Thanks for the post!
Very good turn out! Happy ending, not only for Julian and Gerry, but for all of the coin family. To think, these postal workers make good money and they still get greedy. Nice job Julian.

Way to go with watching what is missing.
I only use a P.O. box, and this is one of the reasons. Even if it is FedEx or UPS it goes to my box.
Nice!

Good job Julian! Way to be on the lookout for those coins and getting the thieves arrested, nice Job!
Its unfortunate that theft happens within our hobby but its even worse when you can't even trust the USPS to deliver the coins without some postal employee stealing the packages. It is too bad that some people don't value a good job over a little money that they might get from stealing, then have that theft on their record to follow them around after they are caught so it makes it even harder to find their next legit job.
Good job to Gerry too for making people in the area to be on the lookout for the coins. It's always nice to hear a bad story turn out good like this one did.
