Thanks to all of the coin dealers who..................

use stickers on their slabs that peel off easily and don't leave a lot of sticky residue or tear the hologram.
Add your own thanks.

A tip to remove goo left by some stickers.....WD40.
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
Goo Gone works well too.
Heat and then 91% alcohol works.
Maybe our host could design and sell nice sticker for a very reasonable price, suitable and fitting the slabs?
It is sad to see some of the older classic holders with "sticker damage". I will admit that I have passed on a coin for this reason. Take care...
edited to add: The Fattys take a lot of sticker abuse...

Ive been testing different stickers here in the store. Trying to figure out what will work best on slabs that are exposed the the sun. The adhesive becomes so damned aggressive when heated and like a rock to remove once cool again. Same issue with stickers under show lights.
Oh the perils of being a coin dealer.
I've enjoyed reading all of the comments about stickers, but I also meant for this thread to be about other things to thank dealers for.
Take the time to talk to you and treat you like an important customer even if you're not looking at a 4 or 5 figure coin.
Never had a problem with sticker removal....and I sure wish I had some dealers in this area to thank for something...
....Cheers, RickO
Thank you to those still posting material online during this crisis, shipping ASAP, and of course, providing liquidity by purchasing stuff too.
Gonna get me a $50 Octagonal someday. Some. Day.
Thanks to dealers who grade and price fairly
Collector, occasional seller
Yep...Removal is easy...it's just what you find under there every once in a while. Anyhow...Thanks Dealers...
Take care...CC
I remove every sticker when a coin comes in and all sticker residue.
I then put on my own sku# and price in the form of stickers.
I remove all my stickers and sticker residue when I ship out a coin.
I want my customers to have a clean presentation of their awesome purchase
Like the slab's own certification/serial number isn't enough.....
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
CAC stickers, PQ stickers, dealer stickers... NASCAR slab...
Taco Bell Sticker

While almost all stickers peel of easily, virtually all of them leave a tiny bit of sticky residue in one of the corners. I now use Goo Gone with a Q-Tip to remove that residue.

Goof Off works 10 times better than Goo Gone
Good Off works well, but really stinks, aromatically speaking
Goo Gone has always worked for me and with proper wiping there's no left over residue.
But it melts some of the softer plastics. Best to test first.

Thanks to online coin dealers that have quality photos and accurate deceptions.
To the dealers at the B and M shops who put their guns away when they recognize me.
