In sorry for the bad image. It might be a month or so before I have a chance to see it again. I would appreciate sincere suggestions on how to take better coin pictures with an iPhone.
I also take less than stellar coin photos so I can appreciate your struggle. I would recommend possibly using a brighter light source, pointed from various angles in order to mitigate the glare of the slab when taking a smart phone pic. The dull light source may have contributed to the lack of camera focus. There are some useful threads on coin photography here in the forum if you locate the search tool at the top of the main forum page.
From what I can make out you have a nice looking old Carson City dollar.

The best CC error coin I’ve seen is the broken CC dollar. It used to be the hallmark of a dealer called BrokenCC. I don’t know who has it now.
Allan at northern Nevada Coin still has it. He brought it, and nine or ten other errors to the mint for a presentation a couple of weeks ago.

I’ve seen it in person in Phoenix at a ANA money show Allan is a great guy he tracked down a few worn out CC for me the one above would be awesome to have looks very original and crusty
Nice coin, it definitely looks struck through something. It may be why it is so well preserved.
In the future, if you want to take pictures with your phone, do not worry about getting close to the coin, worry about it getting in focus. The resolution on almost all modern smart phones is good enough that as long as the pic is in focus, it should be good enough to see what you are trying to show.

The big wavy line across the shield is still pretty easy to see. Very cool!

If you look close I think the wire is on the eagles chest right by the top of the shield?
Correct. The god news is that the error stands out even with the bad photo.
Here are some better scans. They show the details, but not the color.
Better pics! Cool coin, dude. Love dem CC's. And a variety to boot.
