I chose coin A because there was not a "neither" option.
Neither coin.... I know, not a choice... but I find them both unappealing. Of course, if I found them in change or a parking lot, I would keep either one. Cheers, RickO
I picked A but actually don't like either coin.
I don't really care for either of the coins ... but if I had to pick one it would be A.
Coin "A" may be in a "detailed" slab.

If I had to chose between the two I’d take A.
I would personally pass on both though. Not much eye appeal with either.
Seeing they are stabbed, I would only consider one if they were FBL.

Coin A is the lesser of two evils.
I don't like the color of the toning on either one (dull and dingy) but Coin A is less 'dramatic'.
HOWEVER, I can see the WHY of the gem grades due to the surface preservation (lack of abrasions). I'll bet the luster is good in hand on both.

They do look better in hand under normal light. Pictures were taken late at night giving them this more ugly yellow color from the poor light quality of my livingroom. Coin A was my recent purchase at a good enough price for me to replace coin B.

I could see the FBL on coin a but not on coin b.
Let's see a good image of both coins. Eye appeal is very important. Some teachers, including me, inform students that the ANA believes the eye appeal of a coin graded MS-65 should be VERY PLEASING. Not many posters thought the posted images are.

As a Franklin collector, 1952 P's are easy to find and reasonably inexpensive (PCGS price guide of MS65fbl is $90). FBL's are common at the MS65 level. Take your time and find another one. Both are, at best, mehhh IMO. Here are 3 raw ones I bought and their prices. The prices do not necessarily represent their (IMO) grades, as they were bought over a 7 year span.
Take your time and enjoy the hunt, whether it's for a toner or a blast white 1952 MS65fbl, there are over 1,400 of them graded at PCGS alone...

Chose coin A but neither one meets my approval. Neither one has eye appeal am looking for (both rather dull plus dark toning / spots, PASS).
