f8 - 1/3s - ISO200 - 22mm (123mm)
Saturation and sharpness upped a bit in Paint dot net for the halibut;-)

Philately will get you nowhere....

    I'm assuming the scratches are on the plastic. I don't like the look of the coin, doubt it deserves an MS grade and suspect it has been treated with a chemical that creates the blue color.

    Every digital pic you see has been sharpened. Your camera does it automatically.
    Did the saturation changes yield something that looked like the coin in hand under the right lighting, or is it an "art shot"?

    That blue color...even on the un-enhanced picture, would arouse my suspicions. Cheers, RickO

    Yeah I know. And yes I paid too much for it. But it does make for a nice pic :-)
