Who knows. It is just another badly damaged Lincoln cent that isn't worth worrying about.
I recommend getting a bag of cents and banging on them with every hard object you can find until you reproduce the effect.
Instead of "1958 cent" for a title, how about "PMD on 1958 cent" so we know not to bother looking?
