“1918/7-D” being offered for sale on eBay right now, I just do not get it!!

Here is a so-called 1918/7-d being offered for sale on eBay. Why do people do this? Are they actually this dumb?

    Though most have probably seen this, here is a photo of a lower grade overdate that shows the 8 over 7 clearly.
    If you draw a straight line between the centers of the upper and lower circles inside the 8 you get a straight line which
    is strongly tilted to the left, on a non-overdate coin this line is almost straight up and down -- almost perpendicular.

    At least it looks like an authentic 1918. I remember not too far back someone posted an absolutely comical fake 18/7-D/

    LOL , ironically I just got my grade posted yesterday by PCGS on the one I shipped them. To think I coulda got this one for cheap.

    VG 10 Straight graded.

    LOL - why draw on the photo when they could draw directly on the coin, instead? :D

    You know, just to make sure the buyer wouldn't miss the 7...
