I would like to share my newest box of twenty ..... "No QA in Y2K"

Quality assurance was exceptionally poor at the US mint in 2000, hence the title. As with most collections, this one started with a single coin and a subsequent idea. I tried to obtain a variety of denominations and error types. Wanted errors that had a unique or special look to them. All of these coins grade at least MS64 with most being higher than that. The double denomination Lincoln on Roosevelts bust is actually a 67. Hope you enjoy and feel free to reply with your favorite error.

Great set! Very fun.
Fantastic coins! I love the off-center and clipped Maryland state quarter.
"Year 2000" is a cool theme. I have created a "year 2000" set of double struck state quarters. One for each state, so just a small set of 5 coins.
Really nice set. Well done.
That is a very cool set! A 2000 fold over strike would look excellent there as well.
That must have been one heck of a search! Those are beautiful in a messed up sorta way!

That is an amazing set of error coins.....Very impressive. Cheers, RickO
Very cool group. All interesting in their own way. Good work!
Beautiful collection!
Thanks all! I should thank the major Dealers that supplied most of these coins, Chris, Fred, and Jon. Appreciate you guys!
So much for Quality Control! I guess they would want to blame it on Second Shift, or maybe they just had to meet quota!
Render into Lincoln that which is Lincoln's.
Nice set!

That lincoln Cent struck on the Roosie dime is my favorite. Both dates, both obverse sides. It's got it all.
Freaking awesome set
Y2K was a great year for major error coins.
Many more to go
A deep Coke bottle cap sized cap die would add even more cool drama to your set. I love error coins. True one of a kind.
I only got two to choose from one from each mint
Collecting by date is a great way to do errors!
Think Birth Year Error Set

Looks like they got hit bad by the Y2K computer bug.
I'm worried about the Y10K computer bug. Only 7,980 years left to prepare.

I just picked up this QAed Kennedy Half from @ErrorsOnCoins.
Does it look like QA kicked in by 2002?
so awesome ..... let's wish the Mint to continue with obvious poor quality and maybe a good idea to hook up with Mint insider and clean up their mess
This is my favorite adorned with the flower
Looks like so. Way fewer errors than early 2001. However, a few still able to slip through though...
That one has a dramatic reverse as well.
That is the coolest error coin I have ever seen. Well done, amazing set.
Well done!!! Amazing set.
