I used to try to have a dialog with Janet but no longer. She just throws up fakes every week and ebay does absolutely nothing. Report, report, report over and over and no red flags on account.

It's all about collecting those seller fees. Hate to tell you but she will still be selling them a year from now.
I think one way to stop fake is to buy it then return it as fake. If couple buyers doing the same thing to the same seller it will slow the seller if not completely stop the seller selling fake
Sadly, I think you are wasting your time reporting these to eBay. They just keep coming, don't they?

I personally am giving up on ebay and their counterfeit seller's.
That is very sad...So many fakes and ebay does nothing - well, they sometimes pull the listing with enough complaints... but the seller continues....and makes a lot of money off the unknowing....Cheers, RickO

I would echo what @ricko said - based on what I've seen, I don't think eBay takes action on individual online reports. It appears they do not do anything until a threshold number of complaints is reached (who knows what that number is).
I've reported a bunch of listings that were blatantly in violation of eBay policy - unslabbed coins that were listed as certified and/or priced at >$2,500. Spotting these required no numismatic experience whatsoever. As far as I'm aware, none of these listings were taken down (or if they were, the seller just relisted the same items).
