Stupid Question But I am not sure of the answer

Please don't laugh ... I am placing Indian head cents that are in 2 x 2's in a 20 pocket plastic page. These are 1860 - 1909. I am placing the 20 pocket pages into a 3 ring binder. Question when I open the folder after placing the pages in the folded should I be looking at the 1860 Indians going back to 1909 or do I start with the 1909 going back to 1860.. Stupid question butt ?

Most people put them in left to right and oldest coin first. When Mint Marks are involved the book (page) is sequences P,D,S.
Coin albums usually start with the earliest dates and go to the latest. Of course, you can do it however you like.
And you should consider using the paper areas of the flip to record pertinent coin data such as date, grade, known error or variety, other unique or particular characteristics. IMO. Peace Roy

RAndomize them on the page, some face forward, some backward, and some rotated 90 180 270.
Calmly let coin collectors look at them, and watch their heads explode.
Better than an E ticket Ride.
make sure your pages do not have PVC
I would put them in order by best grade to worst
Normally, it is oldest to newest coins....as mentioned above....That being said, it is your collection and whatever makes you happy is the way to go.... Have fun...Cheers, RickO
It is 'but'. A 'butt' s the thing you sit on.
I go by date left to right. do what makes you happy
Oldest to newest.

So I have all these (about 100) neutron irradiated dimes that are in aluminum holders that are 1" in diameter.
Does Dansco or anyone else make an album for 1" coins?
