Weak strike not an error.
This is a ngc graded and is same coin same coin right? Just like I said on an earlier post just don't have lot knowledge just trying to learn
They are similar ... photos lack good detail, but appear very close... While not the same coin, they look to have the same weakness in the stars and the same wing tip weakness.... This occurs on opposite sides in the same area. I would not call that a 'struck through'... perhaps another error expert can offer more. Cheers, RickO
