Keep a close eye on those PCI holdered ASE's.
This one sat on my desktop for a couple of years.

Yeah, they still continue to tone in the pcgs slabs too. I need to find that thread I did. It shows the progression.

Some do but not all Stef. I know I have had these two for five years or more with no change.

BTW, how's that purple ringed one getting along?
I had one similar to your 98 crossed it into a pcgs holder and then started to tone in a darker way which i sold it
Storage and environment will impact the continued toning on these.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
Thought about sending this one in:

label toning.

I like it, thanks for posting !!!
My ASE's have not tarnished at all.... well, I have not checked them since last year, but since they had not tarnished up to that time, I have no reason to think they would tarnish in the last six months. Some slabs, some mint capsules. Cheers, RickO
Those are remarkable Mel.

Been doing this for the last 25 ++ years feverously.

!
Also been buying up raw ASE toners at the shows for years and submitting.
PCGS only. NGC goesn't grade toned ASEs.
Here's e few.
PCI box that held a toned ASE date set I bought.
Need to send these to in for cross over on the west side.
Before I post some "new" info on those PCI SE slabs (only green banknote label 100% White), I want someone to study the labels and the grades for the coins BY DATE.
For example, there are three 1998 coins posted above. Were they all graded MS-67 100% white and what was the serial number on the label?
Here some labels on my current PCI holdings.
Notice the 10 and 14 digit serial numbers. 10 digit sometimes can and do cross to PCGS. 14 Digit doesn't cross very often. I'm talking Morgans and such.
I doubt this one was a PCI because it only toned on 1 side.
