    It is worth what you can sell it for. It is that hit area by the AM on the obverse that is a concern to me. No way to tell much for sure from the photos alone. Edited to say I could not tell it was a mountain edge as the toning makes things hard for me to see. Sorry about the incorrect comment.

    As you already know, there is a really big difference in price between a PCGS graded 66-68. Someone out there might really want one. You can always put it out on eBay with the high price and see what best offers you get. You can take them or leave them. Minimal risk. Good luck.

    I strongly doubt it will sell for anywhere near that price... though grade chasers have proved me wrong in the past. Cheers, RickO

    I think the market will see it as equal to pcgs 67... $800 at most in this depressed commem market

    At auction I’d guess it would bring somewhere in between PCGS/NGC 66 and 67 examples (likely a bit closer to 67 money).

    PCGS 67s have been going for $400-$550 lately on eBay. So I’d be a bit surprised if the ICG example reached $800 in a true auction.

    a MS-67 just sold for 380 in a no reserve. as long as you don't have more then 275 tied up in in it, you will do ok

    i don't see a cross over either at ms 68 cause of some dings. that would still grade at a 66 or 67 maybe. still its one that i wouldn't mind having :)

    I see a San Diego that has been dipped to flat white some time ago and retoned in an album. Wouldn't be interested at 64 money.

    Is it really sad? Or is it simply the market showing us what they think of ICG?

    I have first-handedly seen a Morgan go to ICG, come back AU58, be cracked, come back 64PL, be cracked, come back 62PL. That coin resides in a PCGS 63PL holder now, which is the appropriate grade in my opinion. The market values consistency. ICG does not provide that, in my opinion.

    CU says $10,500 in 68. Put it out there in your case at show at that lol or eBay store bin / make offer. I strongly doubt you can get anywhere near that but who knows. Marketing coins has it challenges.

    In seriousness I would plan on crack / submit it to PCGS at some point in time. CU for 67 is $550.
