Very messed up penny

I've had this penny since I was a kid. I thought it might be a good idea to ask and see if anyone can figure out what exactly happened to it!. Anyone want to take a guess?

Someone squeezed 2 coins together as mentioned above to replicate a error or just Bc they were bored. Worth 1c
