Harlem Globetrotters founder Abe Saperstein autograph.

Hello. I'm new here and I apology if I'm posting this in the wrong thread. I just purchased this book at an auction and realized it is signed by the founder/owner of the Harlem Globetrotters, Abe Saperstein. The book is from 1953. Does anyone know if this is real (I'm assuming it is) and would it be worth anything? Thank you for your help.

I would believe that is in every copy of that publication, so maybe not a stamp (implies it was added later) but part of the printed publication. The Around the World comment fits.
