For starters, it's an 8-digit palindrome worldwide: 02/02/2020 (same number forwards & backwards).
Last time this happened was 909 years ago (11/11/1111). And that wasn't a leap year.
It's also Groundhog Day.

With the proliferation of Mint products, it's probably only a matter of time until we get a Punxsutawney Phil commemorative. Bet it's colorized too.
