Look at the thickness of the O and D. They are normal thickness. A doubled die is caused when the working hub is slightly misaligned during one of the pressings into a working die. If your coin was a doubled die, it would require a working hub with letters that are only 1\2 the normal thickness. Obviously this isn't going to happen
You not only have to see a doubled image, but those images need to be consistent with the die making process, in order to be a doubled die
