Over the years of collecting I feel as though I have matured into a more grown-up collector. I have only bought a few coins this year and have worked to discipline myself to only buy coins I need and less of the extras. Reading this forum has shown many examples of the way serious and long-term collectors make additions to their collection. I am happy to say that I have filled two more places in my set and I am now down to the final 11 coins towards 100% status. I had to buy these two as I could not locate them in the wild.

So I just wanted to say thank you for all the wise advice and for imparting a little bit of patience into me.
Best wishes and happy collecting,
Rocco

@Aspie_Rocco - What you say in your post I should have posted 6 or 7 years ago; however, that just never happened. I think you speak for many of the members here, who-maybe like I was when I was newer to the group, are less inclined to actually post and let others in on how we feel. It's good to have you here.

Rocco! Hope all is well. I've enjoyed your posts and think you are a valuable asset to the Boards. As far as having too many extras, I might have to argue with you there is no such thing .... :D Take care.

If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.
