Now...if you have a 2000 ASE, then a 2002, and the 2020 you just got, you will need the 2022 in a couple of years to complete the 2's / 0's series.... ;) Cheers, RickO

    Good for you, Asheland!

I wish I could resist the urge to acquire the New One each year. But then I wouldn't be a coin collector, would I?

Is it true that they're planning to change the design of the ASE?

I've heard a rumor they are changing the design, but I don't know if that's true or what the details are... :)

New American Gold, Silver Eagle Reverses Coming in 2021
    By Joshua McMorrow-Hernandez - November 1, 2019

“The United States Mint has announced new reverse designs will be coming to the popular American Silver Eagle (ASE) and American Gold Eagle (AGE) coins in 2021. The silver and gold eagles, released in 1986 as the first coins of the United States Mint American Eagle bullion coin program, have retained the same designs since their inception. The design change is both necessary and symbolic. The new reverse designs will incorporate state-of-the-art security and anti-counterfeiting technology, and they will be unveiled during the 35th anniversary year of the American Eagle bullion coin program.” More at the link:
