Dumb but I doubt there was too much loss of gold weight. It's now just a chunk of scrap gold.

I actually found this to be entertaining. I am familiar with this particular YouTuber. I don’t understand the whole point of the cull bag being targeted. Nor the gold bar as gold is a soft metal (depending on Percent of gold) But I can tell you I enjoyed that tank of a bar being pelted with ammunition. :)

How would you know what happens unless you try it? It's not like that's a collector bar. At the worst, you'll likely need to take it to a refiner afterwards.

@BAJJERFAN .... I really am not interested in what would happen.... I have other targets, my PM's are for a different purpose...and no need to lose money at a refiner. Cheers, RickO

There are probably many others who are curious.

@BAJJERFAN ....I am not criticizing other people's interests....Just not my interest and would not waste my PM or my bullets on such an activity.... People's interests, beliefs and opinions vary... that is why gambling exists, sports have fans, and there are so many different forms of art. Cheers, RickO

It was a promotional stunt/experiment for a bullion dealer. The target gold was auctioned on Ebay.

Didn't look at the Youtube hits but it was probably worth the investment.
