Pick this one up for the Beaver collection it’s the first I’ve seen with a die crack

What a crack... crevice! Looks like it went to the center (cracking in the A)? The die must have been retired soon after that was minted.
What is that piece-of-something between the GO?
It looks like a small pool of the coins material like a small piece of the die chipped and the coin filled in there when being pressed the die must have been at and of life

Looks like die chip unless that O is supposed to have a “tail” there; but, looking at the first O it is more likely a chip.

Here is an HK-696 - also with a crack. I have 5 of these pieces but only one exhibits the crack at 7 o'clock.
