Love it when they say no returns..as if that is really a choice. You can accept the return and be happy or accept it and be unhappy but eBay will extract the money from you one way or another with the buyer protections in place

Ngc coa says 96. Ryder sig looks off and is 98. Coin holder does not have coa number on it. This is a Frankenstein

Signature isn't off he wrote 98 on a COA that is 96. He probably skipped right over 97.
