    Cool little video!

Should be called "how silver is mined and crudely refined"

Silver and all other elements of higher atomic number than iron are "made" in stellar events such as supernovae and neutron star collisions.

yepper, one doesn't "make" silver. As an element it is considered naturally occuring. I personally consider all basic elements to be the result of a steller event (creation of the planet itself?).

Interesting. Now I have more questions! Each step in the clip could be its own video. Especially those vats of acid. Every stage looks dangerous and or toxic to work around.

Watching that makes me wonder how silver is still so inexpensive when it requires that much labor and machinery.
