    Don't know if anyone collects 1856 Flying Eagles by die state - this one is getting late, pre-CUD state......!

    These tokens are fairly common. It makes you wonder how they got some many pieces of a die that was in such bad shape.


    The 1838-C $5 gold is a tough coin to find nice. This one has to represent the terminal die state.
