    Made an offer on a coin this morning and no response. Dont want to buy anything else until i get a response because im almost at my bucks limit.

    Response window should be shorter than 24 hours. I am stuck waiting til tomorrow AM.

    I wonder what the criteria is for getting the discount? Normally the eBay discounts exclude coins so it would be awesome to get a discount on a coin.

    That's Never the case for coins.

    Maybe not their bucks but their site wide big discounts always excluded coins. In any case, hopefully I can score some discount or voucher. :)

    I went to buy some junk silver and the sales tax disuades me. In Utah, sales tax on coins used as legal tender are exempted, yet they charge. Is there a way for me to get the taxes back? I can say my buying in Ebay has declined because of it

    Nope not that I can tell. It all ended up working out though.
    Seller responded with a counter that I could live with yesterday evening, and I didnt buy anything else, so I was able to optimize my bucks for the quarter.

    Should have set it to 12 hours. 24 is the default.
