It's been months since I have been here. How are early commemorative half dollars doing?

I about totally burnt myself out earlier this year with my 2nd early commem set. I then got sidetracked and started collecting football and baseball cards again. I have not even looked at my coins in months. I also have not been keeping up with prices on the commems. Last time I was here it was the same old dead stale market for them. Has there been any increase in value in the past 6 months? I'm assuming not. Any other great news to report? Please fill me in if you can. Thanks!

Joe

Ohhhh my you missed the most EXCITING SALE the Mint has done in many years! Sold out in 12 minutes big profits to be made especially if you have the means to buy more than 1 as the limit was one. Production of only 30,000 coins. Sold out in 12 minutes. Mint cost $70.00 .
Retail cost $1500.00 up to 14,000.00 depending if you got 1 of the 100 AUTOGRAPHED certificate by RYDER! He is the Babe Ruth of coin collecting. This took place on November 14th 2019 a day of infamy!

Well, I didn't miss much there then. I would not have been a buyer of such modern lottery items. I quit that game a while ago when I kept buying bad tickets!

There's been some PCGS Value green up arrows lately which better all the years of continued red down.

You might have missed a coin or two, but mostly you saved a couple daily aimless hours of your life searching for 6 months.

If you find the right buyer(s), they are still in demand....but generally, it seems, the market is flat....Cheers, RickO

They have to be killer toned and high grade.
    Other material languishes.
